Return and Refund Policy

At Vitanza, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our products. For safety and hygiene reasons, dietary supplements are non-returnable and non-refundable once the product has been opened or used.

However, we accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The package never arrived and this is confirmed by the shipping company.

Timeframe to request a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be sealed, in its original packaging, and show no signs of use.

Process:

  1. Send an email to ldlopez@vitanzashop.com with your order number and photos of the product.

  2. We will review your case and, if approved, provide you with the return address.

  3. Once received and verified, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping costs:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases of error on our part.
